refuse to work where there is emminent risk of injury or loss of life. You have a right to ask your employer to correct unsafe conditions, to fix violations, to ameliorate hazards.
You have a right to file complaints with OSHA.You have a right to be involved in an OSHA inspection. You have a right to get information from your employer. You have a right to view the OSHA inspection results.
You have the right to a safe workplace. OSHA requires employers to provide a workplace that is free of serious recognized hazards and in compliance with OSHA standards ...
