Initial Consultation
First step is an understanding of your present situation, evaluating risk, assessing potential solutions, estimating cost.
Site Inspection
One of our specialists will tour your building, check the roof, structural drawings, perimeter, interior, facades, parapets, obstructions, mechanical and HVAC. Digital photos will be taken to visually capture issues.
Design and Engineering
Every facet of a safety plan must meet strict regulatory guidelines (OSHA, ANSI, IWCA, etc). Using structural drawings, digital photos and measurements taken from your building, we will craft an optimal safety layout and plan that meets all regulations while minimizing costs.
Installation
With a design acceptance and contract in place, we will schedule and perform installation of fall protection to avoid any inconveniences to your tenants. Upon completion a safety plan will be provided with engineering stamped drawings certifying your building.
Inspections and Certifications
If you have a fall protection system in place already, we can certify your building (lasts 10 years). Each year, your fall safety system should be inspected for wear, damage, cracks or other signs of potential for failure, by a qualified person.
